Stiff or weak ankles are a common complaint. Ankles are part of the foot and toe foundation that allows you to remain mobile. Even for simple tasks like sitting and getting back up, our ankles are a huge variable for how difficult this is for a person. When we increase demand on our body through our assessment movements and more, the ankles are again the foundation upon which the movement is built.
