Welcome to The Strong Bones – Healthy Body Membership

The Strong Bones -Healthy Body membership is a library of skeleton safe movement classes that range from 20 minutes to 75 minutes, nutritional tips, mindset work and so much more.  

If you are a Bone Boot Camp weightlifting program owner, I recommend that you use this membership to add variety and diversity to your non strength training days.  These videos do not use heavy weights and are more of an endurance focused practice.  

If you are a Short & Sweet member who has built stability, strength and mobility, these videos are a logical next step.  At the beginning of your strength training journey, you may choose to use a strength and sculpt class as one of your strength training days with a few selected exercises that you choose to add at the end. 

On the other hand, If you have begun to lift heavier weights, these videos can be part of your variety and diversity of movement menu as well!
