Restorative/Thoughtful Movement

Restorative or thoughtful movement is designed to slow the body and mind down while still enhancing one’s mobility and breathing. This kind of movement can come in many forms. We are offering a variety of restorative or thoughtful movement practices so that members can explore the choices available for a cool down or day off.  Restorative yoga, Tai chi, and qigong are the best known types of restorative movement. However, a restorative practice does not need to have a name or label to bring you the mind body feelings you desire. Explore this section and watch for guest teachers here!
