Feet and Toes sound boring and annoyingly small. But, think about building a house: you need a good foundation. The feet and toes are your foundation. If you can not feel the ground, you can not balance. If your feet are like two blocks then you can not articulate the 26 bones in your feet to manage unexpected obstacles in your path. Falling is more likely when our feet have become painful and or immobile . All of your assessment scores will benefit from this week. Your daily life will also be enhanced by this work!
