Your Glutes are the foundation for the core.  Have you noticed that over time, your bum is less active, not as strong.  Do not let this trend continue.  Your glutes are connected to your core and pelvic floor and they are what makes your walk a bone promoting activity.  Your glutes are also the avenue to sitting and getting out of a chair without your arms well into your 90’s!  In this 10 minute glute class you will re-energize your glutes in a variety of fun movements.  Building on this foundation will help you move better and longer.
