This week we Unwind neck tension by approaching the tension in a number of areas that feed into the neck.  We start with the front of your upper chest and armpits.  We also look at how vital it is that your arm can rotate to its greatest potential in the shoulder socket.  We look at various stretches and releases for the neck.  We also address the practical implications of how we sit at computers and in automobiles as it relates to neck tension.
