Your pelvis really does need to have its own identity. When your pelvis is able to move in all the ranges of motion available to it, you will find that many of the aches and pains you have will ease up. This happens because when you establish communication with a blindspot (a range of motion you have not been using) you are finally able to strengthen that area. With more well rounded strength, aches, tightness or pain from imbalances will be reduced or disappear.
