Tension in your shoulders and neck affects your breathing and your ribcage. As we age, we want to continue to be able to move our ribcage in all directions for effective core engagement and pressure management (think pelvic floor health). Releasing tension and finding mobility will help you with the breathing assessment and the standing marching as well as the table top trials!
