The Vestibular system is important for balance. Oftentimes, as we age, we become stiffer and we move less. Then our vestibular system gets less practice. This week we prime the vestibular system with everything from eye movement to shoulder and hip movement to hand reflexes. Balance comes into play as an exercise, along with strength work. You will feel more confident after this week. Your lunge scores may soar!
